At Nexi Game, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below.

 

1. Digital Products Only

We sell digital coins for a poker card game. Once the coins are delivered to your account, they cannot be returned like physical products.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the coins are successfully delivered to your game account.

3. Exceptions (Only in Special Cases)

We may consider a refund only if:

  • You were charged but did not receive your coins

  • You made a duplicate purchase by mistake

  • There was a technical issue on our side

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of the purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Chargebacks
